Mediterranean-influenced, Oléa is the all-day dining venue of The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi. Located on the level one with panoramic view of the ocean and beyond, with its indoor and alfresco options, it is ideal for a relaxing dining experience with family or friends.
Situated on the lower lobby level of the resort, Olea instantly captivates with sleek, creamy marble floors, grand pillars, and soaring ceilings, which combine with a seemingly infinite wall of windows. Presenting panoramic views of the resort’s pools and the sparkling gulf, they also lead to the restaurant’s expansive outdoor stone dining terrace.
Populated by palm trees along with wrought iron tables and chairs, it wraps around an engaging water feature and provides a convenient space for guests wishing to enjoy alfresco dining.
Mirroring the waves outside, the indoor dining room’s ceiling boasts three-dimensional wave molding. The same undulation reappears in sophisticated sea tones on the wall above the restaurant’s live cooking stations, where expert chefs customize the cuisine to guests’ personal palate. In addition to the rotating buffet, an à la carte menu presents a wide selection of dishes.
