The Renaissance Downtown Hotel in Dubai offers stylish elegance throughout the property, from floor to ceiling windows in the guest rooms, to celebrity chef dining experiences, while being able to engage in stunning outdoor pool and spa experiences. The Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai features a totally unique style and offers guests spacious rooms and suites, a luxury spa, elegant indoor or outdoor event venues and fine dining. The hotel boasts an indoor gym, a Club lounge and free parking. The spirit of the Dubai city is imbued into the design of the new Renaissance Downtown hotel in the flourishing Business Bay district. The overall interior design from WA International is inspired by sand dunes stretching to infinity and sun bathing on the horizon.
The center of the lobby is intermingled with LASVIT´s striking glass installation. Designer Katarína Kudějová Fulínová created the thrilling glass piece connecting the space beautifully.
neoalpha global has carried out the conceptualization, design development and site supervision of the overall FOH architectural lighting. The overall design scope included lighting design for the external landscape, external façade and interior FOH spaces.
